280 Art Boulevard wins Best of the Year Award of Interior Design Magazine

280 Art Boulevard is the winner of Interior Design magazine’s Best of the Year Award, in the On the Boards category for projects in development.

The award, which celebrates architecture on an international scale, announced the winners at a ceremony held on December 11 2025 in New York City.
