Solenne

Inspired by the Cerrado biome, the design translates the colors, textures, and essence of this unique natural landscape into the urban environment.
The strength, persistence, and fluidity of water guide the project: it shapes the building as it sculpts the rocks, leaving traces that reveal an organic and harmonious design that stands out in the cityscape.

The façade combines earthy tones and natural textures, while brise-soleils interact with the horizontal slabs, creating a play of light and shadow reminiscent of the Cerrado’s geological formations, elements that not only reinforce the project’s identity but also provide thermal comfort.

A solid base supports the tower, like a rock, where water emerges and dense vegetation rises, climbing up the building to its peak. Each floor features generous terraces and wide openings, giving the apartments abundant natural light and privileged views of Parque do Areião.

Planters distributed along the façade create a direct connection with nature, bringing the built and the natural closer together and integrating the building into its surroundings in a sensitive and sophisticated way.
