Globant – Zien Arquitetura

The project, conceived for an international firm, required local development and expertise to bring the proposed ideas to life.

Zien played a key role in adapting the design to local codes and the market, suggesting improvements and recommending available materials, especially given the constraints of time and budget. We delivered solutions that respect the original concept, characterized by a diverse, colorful, vibrant, and playful visual language.

Each space in this project features a unique detail: color, texture, or a graphic element. Creativity in problem-solving and execution, combined with coordination of various complementary projects, was essential to align exposed systems, signage, lighting, and other elements.

The project includes spaces that break from the traditional office layout, with a strong emphasis on rest and social areas. The staff can enjoy a variety of environments and the freedom to choose how and where to work, blending ease and focus, technology and comfort, biophilia and connection, flexibility and collaboration.
