This was a Design & Build project of great importance for Alcon’s distribution center operations, creating a quality assurance laboratory and support offices.

As it was a laboratory, we had to follow strict guidelines and regulations, making this a challenging project. The concept, with support areas in vibrant tones contrasting with the white and neutral laboratory spaces, offers users comfort, functionality, and a break from monotony. Within specific technical, budgetary, legal approval, and schedule requirements, we delivered a project that provides not only what was necessary but also what was desired.
