“Although nestled between three neighboring blind walls (on the sides and rear), the project takes advantage of its view of the sea. Located on Avenida Delfim Moreira, in Leblon (RJ), it features flexible floor plans and respects the height limits of buildings from previous decades, while its volumetry explores materials usually applied to interior projects, here used for the first time on the main façade.”
