Open position: Junior architect

We are seeking a Junior Architect with a curious mind, a sensitive eye, and a desire to explore new ideas to work on the early phases of our projects. You will be part of the conceptual development, helping transform references, urban analyses, and massing studies into architectural narratives that support the following stages.
In your day-to-day work, you will support the Design Direction and the Concept Design teams, contributing to modeling, diagrams, research, and conceptual presentations. Strong skills in 3D modeling (preferably Revit), the ability to communicate and build collaboratively, and an interest in interfaces with landscape architecture and other disciplines are important.
We value creative, collaborative people with a good understanding of the urban context. Previous experience with competitions, international projects, unconventional architectures, or parametric tools are welcome differentiators. We are looking for someone motivated to learn, propose, and grow with the team from the first sketch onward.
