Open position: Building Technician

We are seeking a Building Technician with experience in construction site supervision to support project execution, ensuring technical compliance, service quality, and proper alignment between design and construction.
The professional will carry out technical site visits, verifying that construction is executed in accordance with the drawings and specifications, supporting service inspection, quality control, and the preparation of progress records and reports.
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is essential, as well as knowledge of key construction processes. We are looking for organized, responsible professionals with good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and design and construction teams.
Previous experience in corporate construction, interior projects, or retrofit works will be considered a plus.
This is an on-site position, with work based on construction sites in the city of São Paulo and surrounding areas.
