C&A wins POPAI Brasil 2025

The POPAI Award highlights the best commercial architecture projects in Brazil. The new C&A concept store at Shopping Center Norte took gold in the category ‘Projects for Store Design and Architecture (stores over 500 m²)’ and received the special trophy as Store Design of the Year.
The Energia concept, created for the new generation of C&A stores, was born from a collaborative process between design teams from Zien and Gensler with C&A. The result is an innovative and inviting space that transformed the shopping journey into a fluid, relevant, and inspiring experience, with direct impact on performance and sales growth in this first store.
