Open position: Architect

We are looking for an Architect with a curious mindset, an inventive spirit, and a deep interest in innovation to lead the Concept Design and Preliminary Study phases. This person will work side by side with the Creative Direction team, helping to develop strategies, craft narratives, and transform architectural intentions into clear pathways — always aligned with the urban context, applicable regulations, and the logic of a project that is born strong and evolves with consistency.
In daily practice, we expect someone capable of analyzing scenarios, modeling possibilities, and coordinating technical interactions, combining conceptual thinking with pragmatism. Strong skills in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic production are essential, as well as the ability to communicate with consultants, organize deliverables, and actively participate in presentations. Experience with São Paulo’s urban legislation and confidence in Revit are important; familiarity with parametric tools is a welcome plus.
We value professionals with around five years of experience who can propose, articulate, and defend ideas with autonomy and clarity. Previous experience in Concept Design, competitions, international projects, or complex architectures further enriches the profile. Above all, we are looking for someone who brings together technical strength, sensitivity, and creativity to help drive projects from their first sketch to the construction of a solid architectural vision.
