280 Art Boulevard wins GRI Global 2025

The 280 Art Boulevard has won the GRI Global Awards 2025 in the “Residential Project of the Year” category.

The announcement was made during the GRI Global Summit on November 5th, in Abu Dhabi. The event brings together real estate leaders from several countries for discussions, lectures, tours, and knowledge exchange.

Among finalists such as KPF and Frank Gehry, the project under construction developed by Zien, in collaboration with Gensler, will take shape as a sculpture in São Paulo’s urban landscape in 2027.
